With almost two decades of expertise in solving difficult measurement tasks UBM supports several hundred systems all over the world. Based on that experience and highly qualified in our company we have designed our new systems for easy handling in the production environment and the difficult measurement tasks in the area of QC and R&D.
Our customers wishes are driving our efforts to guarantee continuity of technical leadership and user friendly new products. AutoScan, NanoSurf and the BGA measurement system ScanView are three new products in 2000 which show the innovative potential of UBM.
